These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Seedha Education and every person who accesses, browses, registers on, purchases from, subscribes to, or otherwise uses our services.

By using this website, registering an account, purchasing a course or educational product, attending a class, accessing educational content, downloading material, or communicating with our representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the website and our services.

  1. Introduction and acceptance

    Welcome to Seedha Education ("Seedha Education", "the Company", "the Organisation", "we", "us" or "our"). We are an educational organisation providing academic and examination-oriented learning resources, courses, lectures, study materials, guidance and related services through our website, digital platforms, social-media channels and other authorised platforms.

    These Terms are a legally binding agreement between Seedha Education and every person who uses our services ("User", "you" or "your").

    If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website and our services.

  2. About Seedha Education

    Seedha Education operates as an integrated educational ecosystem designed to provide academic resources and examination preparation under one organisation. Our subject-wise and educational branches include:

    • Seedha English — @seedhaenglish
    • Seedha Commerce — @seedhacommerce
    • Seedha Socials — @seedhasocials
    • Seedha Science — @seedhascience

    The Organisation may establish additional branches, departments, programmes, channels, courses or educational verticals in the future.

  3. Educational categories

    Seedha Education may provide educational content and services relating to:

    • CBSE Classes 9 to 12
    • School-level academic preparation
    • Board examinations
    • JEE, NEET, CUET and UGC NET
    • Undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
    • Competitive and entrance examinations
    • Academic skill development
    • Revision and crash programmes
    • Other examinations or educational programmes introduced by Seedha Education

    The availability of a particular programme, subject, faculty member or course is not permanent, and may change according to academic requirements, demand, faculty availability, examination cycles and organisational decisions.

  4. Definitions

    • "Website" means www.seedhaeducation.in and associated pages, subdomains and authorised digital properties.
    • "Services" means all educational, digital, academic, technical, communication and related services provided by Seedha Education.
    • "Course" means any educational programme offered by Seedha Education, whether free or paid.
    • "Paid Content" means content accessible only after payment or authorised enrolment.
    • "Digital Material" includes PDFs, notes, e-books, presentations, recordings, question banks, tests, worksheets, study materials and other electronically delivered resources.
    • "User Account" means an account created by a user for accessing applicable services.
    • "Authorised User" means the person for whom a course, account or educational product has been legitimately purchased or assigned.
  5. Eligibility

    You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into these Terms. Where our services are used by students who are minors:

    • The parent or legal guardian should supervise the student's use of the services where appropriate
    • Purchases should be made with appropriate parental or guardian consent
    • The parent or guardian may be responsible for transactions undertaken on behalf of the minor, subject to applicable law

    Seedha Education reserves the right to request reasonable verification where required for account, payment, safety or compliance purposes.

  6. Account registration

    Certain services may require registration. You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and current, and that does not impersonate another person.

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, OTPs, login credentials, course-access credentials and other authentication information.

    You must notify Seedha Education immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, credential theft, account compromise, unauthorised course access or suspicious activity.

  7. Prohibition on account sharing

    Paid accounts and course access are personal and non-transferable, unless expressly permitted by Seedha Education. You must not:

    • Share your password or OTPs
    • Give another person access to your paid course
    • Sell, rent or transfer your account
    • Allow simultaneous unauthorised access
    • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

    Seedha Education may use reasonable technical, administrative or security mechanisms to identify suspicious account activity. Where unauthorised sharing is detected, we may restrict access, suspend or terminate the account, cancel course access, restrict future purchases, or take appropriate legal action where warranted.

    No refund shall automatically become due merely because an account has been suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

  8. Free and paid services

    Seedha Education may offer both free and paid services. Free services may include YouTube lectures, educational videos, revision content, short educational content, selected notes, educational discussions, announcements, sample classes, and selected tests and questions.

    Paid services may include complete courses, crash courses, premium batches, test series, study materials, books, booklets, live classes, recorded lectures, one-to-one doubt sessions, academic guidance and special programmes.

    The specific terms applicable to a particular paid product are displayed at the time of purchase.

  9. Course access

    Course access is granted only after successful enrolment or payment, and is subject to the applicable course conditions. Access may be:

    • Time-limited
    • Batch-specific
    • Examination-cycle-specific
    • Device-limited
    • Account-specific
    • Subject-specific
    • Otherwise restricted according to the product purchased

    Completion of payment does not grant unrestricted ownership of the underlying educational content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the purchased educational service for personal educational purposes.

  10. Digital products and study material

    Digital products may include PDFs, notes, e-books, question banks, worksheets, practice papers, revision material, presentations, recorded lectures, digital booklets and other downloadable or viewable resources.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the purchaser. The purchaser receives only the permitted right to use the material for personal educational purposes.

  11. No unauthorised copying or distribution

    You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting Seedha Education content without prior written permission. This includes:

    • Uploading PDFs to Telegram or sharing paid PDFs through WhatsApp
    • Uploading videos to YouTube or reposting course recordings
    • Sharing materials on websites
    • Selling notes or recordings
    • Creating unauthorised copies
    • Screen-recording paid classes
    • Photographing restricted educational materials for redistribution
    • Removing watermarks or circumventing digital restrictions

    Unauthorised distribution may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual-property rights. Seedha Education reserves the right to pursue appropriate civil, criminal or other legal remedies available under applicable law.

  12. Intellectual property

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property appearing on or originating from Seedha Education belongs to, or is lawfully licensed to, Seedha Education or its respective rights holders. This includes the Seedha Education name, logos, brand identity, branch names, course names, website design, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, lectures, notes, PDFs, books, booklets, presentations, question banks, tests, original educational content, promotional designs, photography, software and website functionality.

    Nothing on the website shall be interpreted as granting you ownership or unrestricted licensing rights.

  13. Trademarks and branding

    Seedha Education and its branch identities, logos, slogans and other brand elements may constitute trademarks, trade names or protected intellectual property.

    You may not use our name, logo, branch identity, branding, faculty photographs, promotional materials or slogans in a manner that suggests unauthorised affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership.

  14. Course content and faculty

    Seedha Education strives to provide high-quality educational instruction. However, faculty allocation may change due to academic requirements, scheduling, availability, operational considerations, health or personal circumstances, examination schedules or organisational requirements.

    We reserve the right to appoint substitute faculty where reasonably necessary. Such substitution shall not automatically entitle you to a refund unless expressly provided under the applicable course policy.

  15. Course modification

    Seedha Education may reasonably modify course structure, lecture sequence, teaching methodology, class schedule, study materials, faculty allocation, number of sessions, assessment format and course interface — to improve educational delivery or respond to academic or operational requirements.

  16. Examination disclaimer

    Seedha Education provides educational instruction and preparation support. We do not guarantee examination success. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

    • A JEE or NEET rank
    • A CUET score
    • UGC NET qualification
    • A board examination percentage
    • Admission to any institution
    • Government employment
    • A scholarship
    • A particular percentile or academic result

    Individual performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

  17. Student results and testimonials

    Any student results, testimonials, selections, marks, ranks or achievements displayed by Seedha Education are provided for informational and promotional purposes.

    Individual achievements should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another student will achieve identical or comparable results.

  18. One-to-one doubt-clearing services

    Where one-to-one sessions are offered:

    • Sessions must be used only by the enrolled student
    • Sessions may have a specified duration or validity
    • Sessions cannot ordinarily be transferred to another person
    • Users must maintain respectful behaviour
    • Sessions cannot be recorded or redistributed without written permission
    • Availability is subject to faculty scheduling

    Repeated cancellation, non-attendance or misuse may result in loss of the session, subject to the applicable session policy.

  19. Live classes

    Live classes may be recorded for academic, quality-control, revision or administrative purposes where applicable. Students must not record the class independently, redistribute recordings, broadcast the class, share private access links or invite unauthorised participants.

    Seedha Education may change the timing of a live class where reasonably necessary.

  20. Refund and cancellation

    Refunds are governed by the specific refund policy displayed for the relevant product or course. Unless specifically stated otherwise:

    • Digital products may be non-refundable after access or delivery
    • Downloaded material may not be eligible for refund
    • Course usage may affect refund eligibility
    • Account sharing or policy violations may result in loss of refund eligibility
    • Promotional purchases may have separate conditions

    You are strongly advised to read the applicable refund policy before making payment.

    Where a mandatory consumer-protection law provides rights that cannot legally be excluded, nothing in this clause shall be interpreted as removing those rights.

  21. Payment fraud

    You must not use stolen payment instruments, make fraudulent payment claims, manipulate payment systems, initiate dishonest chargebacks or misrepresent payment status.

    Seedha Education reserves the right to suspend services during investigation of a suspected fraudulent transaction.

  22. User conduct

    You must behave respectfully towards teachers, faculty members, staff, other students, customer-support personnel and administrators. The following conduct is prohibited:

    • Harassment, threats or intimidation
    • Abusive language, bullying or hate speech
    • Impersonation or fraud
    • Deliberate disruption of classes
    • Spam or malicious activity

    Serious violations may result in immediate termination of access.

  23. Cybersecurity

    You must not attempt to hack the website, bypass authentication, circumvent paywalls, reverse engineer restricted systems, introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, scrape protected data, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or circumvent DRM or access controls.

    Any suspected malicious activity may be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

  24. Third-party services

    Seedha Education may use third-party providers for payment processing, video hosting, communication, analytics, authentication, cloud storage, customer support and social-media distribution.

    Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Seedha Education does not control the independent operations of such providers.

  25. Social media

    Seedha Education maintains, or may maintain, official channels on YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and other digital platforms. You must comply with both these Terms and the relevant platform's terms and policies.

    Unofficial accounts impersonating Seedha Education should not be treated as authorised communication channels.

  26. Website availability

    We do not guarantee that the website will remain continuously available. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, server problems, cybersecurity incidents, internet failures, software updates, third-party failures or force majeure events.

    We will make reasonable efforts to restore services.

  27. User privacy

    Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the categories of personal information we may collect, the purposes for which it may be processed, and your applicable rights. You should read it before using our services.

  28. Data and communication

    By using our services, you acknowledge that we may communicate with you regarding legitimate service-related matters, including account verification, course updates, class schedules, payment confirmation, important announcements, customer support and security notices.

    Marketing communications, where applicable, are handled in accordance with applicable law and our privacy practices.

  29. Accuracy of examination information

    Information relating to syllabus, examination dates, eligibility, admission, government notifications, application deadlines and examination patterns may change.

    Although we attempt to provide reliable information, you should verify critical information with the relevant official authority. Seedha Education shall not be responsible for losses resulting solely from a failure to independently verify an official notification.

  30. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seedha Education shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the website or services. This may include losses arising from:

    • Examination results
    • Admission outcomes
    • Career outcomes
    • Internet or device failure
    • Third-party platform interruption
    • Unauthorised access caused by compromised user credentials
    • Temporary website downtime

    Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

  31. Indemnification

    To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedha Education, its founders, directors, educators, employees, representatives, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, intellectual-property infringement, account sharing, unauthorised distribution of content, fraudulent activity, violation of law, or misuse of third-party rights.

  32. Suspension and termination

    Seedha Education may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to fraud, piracy, account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, cybersecurity violations, abuse, unauthorised access, payment misconduct or serious violation of these Terms.

    Termination shall not automatically eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.

  33. Consequences of termination

    Upon termination, course access may cease, account access may be restricted, download privileges may cease, digital resources may become inaccessible, and promotional benefits may end.

    Where termination results from serious user misconduct, no refund shall automatically be owed unless required by applicable law or expressly provided under the relevant purchase policy.

  34. Government and regulatory compliance

    Seedha Education intends to operate its services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are also required to comply with all laws applicable to your use of our services.

  35. Force majeure

    Seedha Education shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, epidemics or pandemics, internet-wide outages, cyberattacks, power failures, telecommunications failures, strikes and third-party infrastructure failures.

  36. Changes to these Terms

    Seedha Education may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

    Continued use of our services following the effective date of revised Terms may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  37. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

  38. No waiver

    Failure by Seedha Education to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

  39. Assignment

    You may not transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Seedha Education. Seedha Education may assign or transfer its rights and obligations where legally permissible.

  40. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

    Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or from use of the services shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered business location of Seedha Education.

  41. Entire agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any refund or cancellation policy, any cookie policy, course-specific terms, purchase-page terms and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of Seedha Education services.

    Where a specific course or product carries additional terms, those terms apply to that product to the extent of any specific inconsistency.

  43. Final user acknowledgement

    By using Seedha Education, you acknowledge that:

    • You have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms
    • You will use educational content only for authorised purposes
    • You will not share or commercially exploit restricted content
    • You understand that academic results cannot be guaranteed
    • You accept the applicable Privacy Policy and other published policies
